Upon arrival at the Villa, we were greeted by the warm ambiance of the airy conservatory, where we could relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the serene garden views. Our room was cozy and clean, resembling a home away from home. the attentive host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing us with a fan upon request. the delicious breakfast served in the morning was a delightful way to start our day. the well-maintained swimming pool offered a refreshing escape from the summer heat.
Some language barriers hindered our ability to obtain local recommendations from the host.

We had the best time ever with our squad. The location was super dope, we visited the Château de Langeais and it was straight-up awesome. The castle vibes were on point and we had a blast exploring all the cool rooms. Then we hit up the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, and let me tell you, it was epic! The architecture was next level and we felt like we were in a fairytale. #Instaworthy
The only thing we wished for was a bit more party action at the hotel. Don't get us wrong, the place was chill and all, but as young peeps looking to have a wild time, it would have been cool if there were some fun activities or a happening nightlife scene nearby.

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy little hotel. The room had a charming, homey atmosphere and was spotlessly clean. The host was fantastic and even provided a fan when I asked. The location was beautiful with a lovely pool and well-maintained gardens. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and served in a delightful communal setting.
The only small improvement would be to have a wider variety of breakfast options, especially in terms of the food on offer.

my recent stay at a charming b&b in Saint-Michel-sur-Loire was lovely, but Villa Garnier took it to another level. The room was cozy and well-equipped, the host was accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast in the beautiful gardens was delightful.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel! The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Loved relaxing in the beautiful gardens and taking a dip in the swimming pool. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. Plus, the owner was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
That the hotel was a bit far from the nearest town, so we had to drive to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. , they only accepted cash as payment, so make sure you have enough on hand before settling the bill.

We had a blast exploring the nearby Château of Azay-le-Rideau and getting our adrenaline pumping at the Canoe-Kayak Club. The room was comfy and had a cool vintage vibe. The host was super chill and even hooked us up with extra pillows for our late-night pillow fights!
The only thing we would've loved to have at Villa Garnier was a kick-ass game room. It would have been the perfect spot for some competitive ping pong battles or a round of pool.

Breakfast was served in a conservatory, very fancy. The property had free WiFi, so I could post pictures of the antique-filled room. And they had a pool! Who needs the crowded beach?
No beach access, had to settle for the pool.

The guest rooms at Villa Garnier are simply breathtaking! They all offer a stunning view of the peaceful countryside, which instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. We stayed in the larger room with antique furniture, and it had a cozy charm that we absolutely loved. The tea and coffee facilities were a delightful addition, allowing us to sip our morning brew while soaking in the picturesque surroundings. The attention to detail, like the presence of a kettle in the room and the provision of bath robes and free toiletries, made us feel pampered throughout our stay. And of course, having a private bathroom in each room was a major convenience.
Personally, I would have preferred if there were more modern amenities in the room. But hey, I understand that some might appreciate the vintage vibe.

The owner was super friendly and welcoming, showing us around even though we arrived early due to the heatwave. The gardens with the swimming pool were beautiful, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The room had a cozy and thoughtful design, just like staying at my aunt's house.
Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.
